Where the lawfulness of specific data processing is based on the User’s consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time, including partially, by sending an email to info@skischule-sulden.com. Withdrawal of consent may affect the functionality of the content offered on this Website.
The User also has the right to obtain information about their personal data, to data portability, to the correction or deletion of personal data, and to restriction of or objection to the processing of their personal data. 6. Social Media Plug-ins
The Operator uses so-called embedded social media plug-ins on the Website, meaning interfaces to social networks. When the Website is visited, the system automatically establishes a connection to the relevant social network due to the integration of these plug-ins and transmits data, such as the User’s IP address and information about the visit to the Website.
This data transmission takes place without the Operator’s involvement and outside the Operator’s responsibility. The User can prevent this data transmission by logging out of the relevant social networks before visiting the Website. Only when logged in can the social network assign specific data to the User’s activity profile through automatic data transmission.
The automatically transmitted data is used exclusively by the operators of the social networks and not by the Operator. Further information, including details about the scope of data collection by the social networks, can be obtained directly from the website of the relevant social network.
